Is Jazz Suitable for Wedddings?

We find that our brand of early jazz has a universal appeal to the wide spectrum of ages found at a typical Wedding.

On fine days we often play outside to meet the guests (and, later, the bride and groom) as they arive and play acoustically for a while as everyone chats and sips champagne.

Later we move inside to play our other sets from a static position with light amplification.

We are always aware of the need to complement rather than dominate a social event so the volume of our music is carefully controlled. We aim to ensure that your guests can hold a conversation without shouting (unlike most discos).

The success of our performances is illustrated by the thank-you letters we receive. Below is an extract from a letter from one of our many wedding clients. The original, along with others like it, can be seen on request.
